In 1969, Bob and Nyla Chance decided to open their own business, believing they could achieve success and build a better life for their family. They began with a simple printing press in their garage in East Sacramento and named their company Time Printing. Bob sold printing during the day and printed the orders at night, while Nyla ran the office. The couple worked tirelessly for their customers and they passed that work ethic onto their two sons, Scott and Paul, who run the company today with that same strong commitment to their customers.
